Easy to use at every step

Much easier using Ticket Master. This company just want your money and don't care about you as a customer.

Sent us tickets for the wrong date we ordered then blamed the customer for not checking their error. We were on a city break so we're ordering various tickets in good faith and assumed the dates we selected would be correct. No one else made an error. We had to pay extra to see the show at the box office as it was booked via a third party. Whilst you could argue we should have checked, did not feel we had to once we ordered. We were just excited to go away for a few days after the past two years restrictions. Wrote a very polite email to their customer service to explain and won't issue a refund or give us alternative tickets for another show due to their mistake. In fact I found the response to be very patronising and blamed us. Having read other reviews I doubt this is a trustworthy company anyway and the tickets they sent probably would not have worked. We found that you can get a better deal direct at the box office so avoid these third party scammers for tickets, go direct to the box office. We gave them a chance of service recovery before posting this and they failed to admit their error or even meet us half way or even apologize. That is extremely poor customer service and greed.

I wasn’t informed my performance was cancelled until arriving at the venue and wasn’t told how I’d get my refund and still awaiting any info from the main website.

Made a booking to see witness of the prosecution. Found website easy to use, it made it clear what seats were available and at what prices and easy to select required seats, mad payment and tickets were emailed within seconds. Highly recommended
